Google's reviews management tool lets you go through reviews that you want to claim as being against Google's reviews guidelines and check the status of the reviews you have reported. This tool was released a year ago. It was only open for the accounts which were managing up to 10 Google Business Profiles.
How to access Google Business Profile Review Management Tool?
You can access the Google Business Profile Review Management tool here. Step one is to choose your business. Then decide if you want to check the status of a recently reported review or to report a new review for a takedown. If yes, you can go through the process, which hasn't changed in a year.
Here is a screenshot of the first step. If you are managing two or more businesses, you will get the option to select which company you would like to process reviews for:
As we said, this feature wasn't available to those who managed many Google Business Profiles. But now it is available for them. This is beneficial for local SEO agencies and businesses. They have a lot of local business listings, and they usually manage more than 10 listings. These agencies can now leverage this tool.
A year ago, there was no available method to see your submitted review status for a takedown in an organized way. This tool makes it simpler to report reviews, appeal review decisions, and monitor the status of reported reviews. Now any organization of any size can use this tool. These include, local SEOs managing reviews for their customers and larger institutions with many local listings. Though the Google My Business App is going away, the renamed version will prove helpful for these agencies.
